KPK Asked to Check the entire draft Reclamation Parties Involved

News Update,JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is recommended to check all members of Jakarta DPRD drafting local regulations (draft) concerning reclamation of the northern coast of Jakarta.

Public Attorneys Legal Aid Institute (LBH) Jakarta, Tigor Hutapea believes not only the Chairman of Commission D of Parliament M Sanusi involved in the alleged bribery case discussion draft reclamation.

"Commission must examine all the legislators were discussing the draft reclamation, the Provincial (Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta) who also discusses the draft, all developers reclamation," said Tigor to Sindonews, Sunday (10/04/2016).

Tigor also urged the Commission to investigate the permits related to reclamation allegedly published but not through the procedure. "KPK should also investigate why the reclamation exit permits are not in accordance with procedures. For permission reclamation out in favor of the developer, "said Tigor.

KPK is currently investigating the case of alleged bribery related to the discussion (draft) of the Zoning Plan and Coastal Northern Territory (RZWP3K) and the revision of the Regional Regulation 8 of 1995 on the Implementation of Reclamation and Spatial Planning of North Coast Jakarta.

In the investigation of this case, the Commission has set the Chairman of Commission D of Jakarta City Council M Sanusi, President Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land (APL) Ariesman Widjaja, as well as employees of APL Trinanda Prihantoro as a suspect.

For the purpose of investigation, the institution led by Agus Rahardjo also prevents the Special Staff Ahok, Sunny Tanuwidjaja to travel abroad.
