Back Check Head Bappeda DKI Jakarta
News Update,JAKARTA -
Investigators Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continued to gather
information related to the drafting process of local regulations (draft
regulations) regarding the reclamation of the northern coast of Jakarta.
To explore the process of
discussion of the draft regulations, the Commission re-examine the Head of
Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) of Jakarta, Tuty Kusumawati.
Tuti arrived at the KPK
building, Jalan HR Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Friday (04/15/2016) at around
10:30 pm. Tuty seems to be carrying some documents remain silent when asked
about the examination this time.
As Head of Bappeda, Tuty
rated knowing the development plan in the city government, including the
reclamation plan and layout on the north coast of Jakarta.
Examination of today is
not the first time for Tuty. On 7 April, the Commission has examined urgently.
In the bribery case
related to reclamation discussion draft, the Commission has set three suspects.
All three namely, M Sanusi as Chairman of Commission D of City Council and the
President Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land (PT APL) Ariesman Widjaja and
Trinanda Prihantoro as Personal Assistant at PT APL..(n/u)
