Korea is believed Can Again missile with nuclear
News Update, SEOUL - An
official of South Korea (ROK) said that North Korea (Korea) could put nuclear
warheads on medium-range missiles hers. It was based on an assessment of the
ability of North Korea's latest nuclear test after the fourth this year.
"We believe that
they have achieved the miniaturization of nuclear warheads to be placed on
Rodong missiles," said the official on condition of anonymity, as quoted
by Reuters on Tuesday (04/04/2016).
Rodong missiles can
accommodate 1 ton nuclear warhead has a firing range of up to 2,000 km. This
makes the missile could reach the whole region of South Korea, mostly Japanese,
some parts of Russia and China.
"We believe that
they have the ability to put a nuclear warhead on a Rodong. Are they going to
shoot it, it is a political decision," said the official.
Even so, there is no real
evidence that North Korea has managed to put a nuclear warhead on a missile.
South Korea has previously said that North Korea has made progress in its
