PLO:
1,900 Children Detained Palestinian Underage Israel

Based on the data presented by the Committee of the Palestine Liberation
Organization (PLO), Israeli authorities have arrested 1,899 Palestinian
children since the uprising in October 2015.
Through a statement
released by the Palestinian Children's Day event, PLO revealed that minors have
been detained in the Israeli-occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem and the Gaza
Strip that has blocked.
According to Palestinian
children's acquisition committee, the number of Palestinian children detained
about 37 percent of the total number of Palestinians arrested by the Israeli
army over the past six months, as quoted from AA, Wednesday (04/06/2016).
That number increased 338
percent more than the same period last year.
According to data from
the PLO, at least 450 Palestinian children aged between 12 and 18 - including
16 girls - currently languishing in Israeli jails. Minors arrested were often
exposed to physical or psychological violence.
Based on data from the
Palestinian Ministry of Prisoners Affairs said that the total number of
Palestinians held Israel currently imprisoned reached 7000 people..(n/u)
