Will Bring Ahok in Jakarta Bay Reclamation Case

Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Laode M. Syarif
said, would call Jakarta Governor Basuki Purnama Tjahaja alias Ahok in the
alleged bribery case two draft Regulation (draft) related to the Jakarta Bay

investigation of this case, it would be called (Ahok)," said Sharif at the

They are Chairman of Commission D DPRD DKI Jakarta Mohammad Sanusi, Personal
Assistant PT APL Trinanda Prihantoro, and President Director of PT APL Ariesman
Widjaja.
Sanusi alleged to have
received bribes amounting to Rp2 billion from the President Director of PT
Agung Podomoro Land (APL), Ariesman Widjaja through Trinanda Prihantoro as
Personal Assistant PT APL. He immediately set suspect along Ariesman and
Trinanda.
Sanusi alleged recipients
of bribes suspected of violating Article 12 Letter a or Article 12 Clause b or
Article 11 of Law No. 31 of 1999 as amended in Act No. 20 of 2001 on Corruption
Eradication in conjunction with Article 64 Paragraph (1) Penal Code.
Meanwhile, Ariesman and
Trinanda as bribe giver suspected of violating Article 5 Paragraph (1) Letter a
or Article 5 Paragraph (1) b or Article 13 of Law No. 31 of 1999 as amended in
Act No. 20 of 2001 on the Eradication Corruption in conjunction with Article 55
Paragraph (1) to-1 in conjunction with Article 64 Paragraph (1) Criminal Code.
