KPK Will Bring Ahok in Jakarta Bay Reclamation Case




News Update -Jakarta - Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Laode M. Sanusi alleged recipients of bribes suspected of violating Article 12 Letter a or Article 12 Clause b or Article 11 of Law No. 31 of 1999 as amended in Act No. 20 of 2001 on Corruption Eradication in conjunction with Article 64 Paragraph (1) Penal Code.

Meanwhile, Ariesman and Trinanda as bribe giver suspected of violating Article 5 Paragraph (1) Letter a or Article 5 Paragraph (1) b or Article 13 of Law No. 31 of 1999 as amended in Act No. 20 of 2001 on the Eradication Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) to-1 in conjunction with Article 64 Paragraph (1) Criminal Code.
